Meeting Minutes - July 15, 2008

Present:  Janice Nissen, Diana McCarthy, Jackie Bogardus, Pamela Kelly

Agenda:

1. Council Elections
2. Colloquium Program Planning
3. Increased membership on the Committee
4. Mentor Protégé Program

Due to the fact that the Council has called a delegates meeting for July 22, 2008, the committee determined that the only business it would conduct would be related to the September Elections.  The Committee discussed the candidate pool for the Secretary, Chair Elect and 3 Member at Large positions.  It was decided that following the outcome of the July 22 meeting, the Committee will send out the letter to the membership to solicit interest in the offices above. 

All other agenda items were tabled till further notice.
