Join us for this stimulating, creative, and skill-building workshop featuring a variety of highly-interactive segments focusing on team building, icebreakers, networking skills, esteem enhancement, stress relief, perceptions, and many other activities. Learn 14 new tools and techniques you can apply in your training sessions. Come prepared to acquire new skills and have fun in the process.

Peter Trolio is currently Chair of the NYS Training Council and works for the NYS and CSEA Partnership. Eric Eisenstein is Co-Chair of the Professional Development Program Committee and a training consultant. Dick Jackett, from DHCR, is Chair of the Recognition Committee and a member of the Professional Development Program Committee.
